Breece Hall has been pretty clearly replaced as the starter as far as I'm concerned. I think there's still value in keeping him around as the primary pass-catching back and change-of-pace option.

Hall replaced as starter; retained as pass-catching back in secondary role.

Hall has been 'pretty clearly replaced as the starter' by Braelon Allen. The source sees residual value in keeping him as the primary pass-catching back and change-of-pace option, potentially in a 70-30 split favoring Allen, but identifies Allen as the more talented back going forward.
