Eagles' offensive collapse limits Barkley's upside despite talent.

Barkley is on an Eagles team that has collapsed to 2-6 with an offense averaging 17.1 points per game (30th in NFL); the coaching staff's inability to implement a functional offensive scheme under Sean Mannion's playcalling has left even the highly-paid defense appearing to have given up on the offense's ability to generate production.
