Darnold's late-game interception and poor third-down efficiency doomed Seattle.

Darnold struggled with decision-making and accuracy, including a critical interception late in the game when his 'eyes bugged out' at how open A.J. Barner was and he threw it directly into a defender's hand, leading to a Bears touchdown setup. The source notes he went 1-11 on third downs and ran disjointed offensive playcalls.
