Gang Green Nation on Will Levis

Levis praised for toughness, leadership, and academics; two-time team captain at Kentucky.

Levis demonstrates strong intangibles: former Kentucky head coach Mark Stoops praised his toughness and competitiveness, calling him a "great leader" and saying he made the players around him better. He impressed the Kentucky staff by learning their system quickly to secure the starting job and was voted team captain for both seasons with the Wildcats. He did extensive community work in college and maintained excellent academics, graduating from Penn State and earning a master's degree at Kentucky; he was a two-time all-academic Big Ten selection and two-time SEC academic honor roll member.
