Caleb Douglas, I did include him in the A tier. However, I'll just say skin in the game, I will not really be adding Caleb Douglas... He was only targeted three times... Malik Willis is dead last in the NFL in percentage of drop-backs that turn into a target.

Only 3 targets despite 2 TDs; Dolphins' low drop-back rate is a fade.

Caleb Douglas was included in the A tier but Mattek will not add him despite scoring two touchdowns (including a 70-yard broken play TD) against the Jets; he was only targeted three times. The Dolphins have the lowest drop-back rate in the NFL—Malik Willis is dead last in percentage of drop-backs that turn into targets—making their receivers unreliable fantasy options.
