STACKED’s take
Aiyuk (ACL/MCL/meniscus tear since Oct. 2024) hired Rosenhaus; eyes Commanders.
Brandon Aiyuk has not played in an NFL game since October 20, 2024, when he tore the ACL, MCL and meniscus in his right knee against Kansas City. He has hired Drew Rosenhaus to represent him, with Rosenhaus telling ESPN he is working on getting Aiyuk back to work and playing again in the NFL. Aiyuk has been at odds with the 49ers, who placed him on the reserve/left squad list in December after he stopped showing up at the team facility. He has expressed interest in joining the Washington Commanders to play with quarterback Jayden Daniels, with whom he formed a friendship at Arizona State, though it remains unclear if that landing spot is viable given Washington's recent signing of Stefon Diggs and other developing wideouts.
