I was told last week; no way they trade him... I don't think people know that full relationship there. I don't know that that would work. That's not happening. Garrett Wilson's not being traded to Pittsburgh.

Schefter rules out Garrett Wilson trade to Steelers; Jets have no plans to move him.
Adam Schefter shut down trade speculation linking Garrett Wilson to the Pittsburgh Steelers ahead of the Nov. 10 trade deadline, stating 'no way they trade him' and emphasizing that the Jets have no intention of moving the 26-year-old wide receiver. Schefter noted that the perceived connection between Wilson and Steelers QB Aaron Rodgers from their two seasons together with the Jets (2023-2024) should not be viewed as a catalyst for a reunion, suggesting their relationship was not particularly strong toward the end of their time together. Wilson signed a four-year, $130 million contract extension in 2025 and remains central to New York's long-term plans; he has not requested a trade despite the team's struggles this season.
