I think Burks has a very cap ceiling. So, in like a 10-team league, 12-team league, I have zero interest in Burks, but I get it in a 14-team format where it's tough to come by flexes.

Very low ceiling; avoid in 10- and 12-team leagues.

The source has zero interest in Burks in 10-team and 12-team leagues due to a very low ceiling; only rostered in 14-team formats out of necessity for flex depth. The source would cut Burks if an interesting trade target like Bryan Thomas Jr. becomes available.
