Yahoo Sports NFL on Jalen Williams

Williams limited to 23.4 snaps per game despite per-target productivity.

Williams averages only 23.4 snaps per game and is behind Brown, Doubs, and Hollins on the depth chart as an outside-the-numbers option when all are healthy. Despite being extremely productive on a per-target basis, ramping up his opportunities in a meaningful way may lead to diminishing returns given that quarterback Maye is already the most efficient quarterback in football over the last five weeks and the offensive line with multiple backups can only support five or six deep drops per game.
