Round-one rookie bust; only 5 targets in last two weeks.

Omar Cooper, a round-one rookie pick, had back-to-back massive games followed by nothing in Week 9; received only five targets in each of the last two weeks (10 total targets across two games), forcing a dramatic downward expectation adjustment for the rest of the season despite initial excitement about drafting him in best ball leagues.
