While Taylor is a great back, I have not been of the belief that he necessarily elevates this team dramatically. For a guy that would cost premium draft capital to acquire, he would be joining a Bengals team that will always be pass-first.

Trading premium capital for Taylor unnecessary; Bengals already have ideal pass-catching RB in Brown.

The source argues against trading premium draft capital for Jonathan Taylor, contending that while Taylor is a great back, he would not dramatically elevate the Bengals given their pass-first offensive scheme. The source prefers the team's existing option in Chase Brown, who already provides the pass protection and receiving ability the Bengals need.
