Downs has been a solid and reliable WR for the Colts given his size he would be a slot WR wherever he goes and at 25, you're getting a really sound player. I do worry about his next contract.

Downs is solid slot option but next contract cost is real concern for buyers.

Downs has been a solid and reliable WR for the Colts; at 25, he is a really sound player who would function as a slot WR wherever he goes given his size. However, the source worries about his next contract, noting that Indianapolis first-hand saw how outrageous the free agent market for WRs can get with the Alec Pierce deal; investing a ton of money into him while sending out draft capital will be the real question for teams. Projected value: High-to-Mid Day 3 Pick.
