Downs won't solve downfield passing needs; some redundancy with Shakir.

Downs would not solve a team's issue with pushing the football downfield, as his aDOT, while elevated this season, remains relatively low. The source notes potential redundancy with Khalil Shakir in the Bills' receiver room, though skill-set redundancy is not necessarily negative.
