Singletary positioned as Giants' lead back with Tracy (IR) and Skattebo (day-to-day).

With Tyrone Tracy on injured reserve with a hamstring injury and Cam Skattebo day-to-day with his own hamstring injury, Singletary, who has only 18 carries this season, is positioned as the likely primary running back option for the Giants in Week 9 against Philadelphia.
