Lamb's prime years wasted; Schottenheimer fails to get him the ball consistently.

Elite receiver is not being utilized effectively by offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer; the head coach cannot figure out how to get CeeDee Lamb, Dak Prescott, and George Pickens on the field at the same time. Lamb's prime years are being wasted with endless replays of him throwing his hands up because he can't get the ball; he should be getting the ball out of the backfield consistently but is not being trusted as a playmaker to decide games.
