Brissett traded to Ravens as viable backup after Cardinals benched him.

Brissett was traded from the Cardinals to the Ravens on Wednesday after being benched and demoted to third-string behind Gardner Minshew II and rookie Carson Beck. With the Ravens' starting quarterbacks injured, Brissett will serve as a viable backup option for the rest of the season, allowing Baltimore to run a competent offense with playmakers like Zay Flowers rather than playing out the string uncompetitively.
