STACKED’s take
16 targets, 140+ yards in Week 13; plays second slot in condensed sets
In Cincinnati's Week 13 game vs. Tennessee, Jamar Chase drew 16 targets and went over 140 yards with a touchdown. Despite this strong individual performance, Chase is well behind Higgins in terms of season-long production so far this year, though Matt Harmon emphasizes that Chase has looked 'awesome' and 'incredible' on film; his play quality suggests the statistical gap may not reflect his actual performance level this season. Operates as the second slot receiver in the Bengals' condensed three-receiver formations, motioning in or aligning as the second slot off the ball alongside Mike Gesicki and Tee Higgins, creating coverage conflicts that benefit all three receivers.
