Brissett serviceable veteran with deep ball; health durability is key concern.

The source characterizes Brissett as 'serviceable' with 'enough of an arm and a deep ball,' providing 'more veteran leadership' than the Ravens' alternative options (UDFA and practice squad crew), though he is 'not great, certainly not elite,' and the concern remains whether Baltimore can keep him healthy.
