Fagnano starts Week 9 vs. Jacksonville; Brissett unavailable for immediate impact.

Rookie Joe Fagnano will start at quarterback for the Ravens in Week 9 against Jacksonville, as Jacoby Brissett's trade will not be finalized in time for the Thursday night game. This means fantasy managers should not expect immediate production improvements from Ravens pass-catchers in this matchup.
