Tate disappointing so far; soft Titans secondary offers breakout chance

Tate has done nothing in the first two weeks and is disappointing; he has been hampered by poor quarterback play from Cooper Rush and Cam Ward, who is not a good NFL quarterback; however, Week 3 against the Titans' soft secondary could be a potential breakout opportunity.
