Harbaugh says Herbert played exceptionally well with only two throws to regret.

Chargers coach Jim Harbaugh defended Herbert's performance after the loss to the Rams, saying "I thought he played — did his job exceptionally well" and noted that Herbert had only "two throws he would have liked to have back," suggesting the quarterback's performance was largely sound despite the 24-9 defeat.
