STACKED’s take
RB17 with elite run metrics; TD in each of four starts without Achane.
Ranked RB17 this week with strong recent production and elite efficiency metrics. In four starts without Devon Achane, Mostert has posted 55, 188, and 103 total yards with a touchdown in each game. He has the third-best explosive run play rate in the league behind only Kenneth Walker and Jahmyr Gibbs, plus top-10 marks in tackles avoided per carry. Ian Hartitz notes Mostert is passing the eye test and the Dolphins offense has looked more passable recently. The Patriots represent his last tough matchup before facing the Lions, Colts, Bills, and Jets—positioning him as a popular streamer going forward. Hartitz flags that Mostert is a zero as a receiver and will eventually have a game without a touchdown that won't be pretty, but the underlying metrics and recent production support the RB17 ranking.
