Shough battling broken hand against Browns' elite interior pass rush.

Tyler Shough is fighting through broken bones in his non-throwing hand while the Saints have allowed 15 sacks so far this season. Against Cleveland's elite interior pass rush—featuring Mason Graham, Maliek Collins, and Adin Huntington with 11 combined sacks—Shough's injury and the Saints' pass protection issues create significant concern. The Saints must commit to the running game to slow down Cleveland's pass rush and protect their injured quarterback.
