Cooper has a 13% target share and WR60 usage since returning in Week 6. That's the reality when there are this many quality skill guys on one team. Cooper is capable of random spike weeks because of his speed, but there is literally no floor. On tape last week, Cooper ran a lot of vertical routes out of the slot and did not look bad at all, nor did he face that much man coverage. The ball was just out earlier to their outside targets. There were some crossing routes that could've been explosives had he been targeted, but Geno Smith was balling on sideline throws and posts. Drew Lock would brace for outside the top-50 finishes more times than not.
