From the video
we have Josh Allen in the S tier by himself. And obviously, if you have Allen, you're still starting him every week regardless. He has an insane amount of rushing upside. He is just the best fantasy quarterback ever when it comes to the consistency... he is playing against the Minnesota Vikings. And against the Vikings, it's the worst matchup you could possibly ask for.

Elite QB faces worst matchup vs. Vikings; turnover-prone against league's best defense.
S-tier QB with elite consistency and rushing upside, but faces the worst-case matchup this week against the Minnesota Vikings, who allow the least points to opposing quarterbacks in the NFL. Allen is known for turning the ball over, making Minnesota's defense an excellent play despite facing Buffalo; the Vikings are described as arguably the best defense in the NFL and the best fantasy football defense.
