From the article

Barkley was upgraded to limited after not practicing on Wednesday. It doesn't seem great to me that Barkley is playing despite clearly being hampered and in pain. Especially when the Eagles have a chance to sit him down for this game ahead of a Week 10 bye, giving him a two-week break.

Barkley upgraded to limited but playing through pain before bye week.

Upgraded to limited participation after not practicing Wednesday with hamstring/back injury; the source expresses concern that Barkley is playing despite being clearly hampered and in pain, especially given the Eagles have a chance to rest him ahead of Week 10 bye for a two-week break.
