Bell's rookie starting role reflects Dolphins' weak receiving corps.

Bell is a rookie in a starting wide receiver role for the Dolphins, part of Miami's lack of true playmakers; the source notes the Dolphins' passing offense is near the bottom of the league (30th in pass yards per game at 166.7, 20th in pass yards per play at 6.9, 24th in explosive passes) and currently rely on two rookies—Bell and Caleb Douglas—in starting roles, limiting Malik Willis's options.
