Yahoo Sports NFL on Jakobi Meyers

Meyers converted critical third-down with in-cut route against Baltimore coverage.

Meyers was the beneficiary of Trevor Lawrence's adjustment on a critical third-and-7 play from Jacksonville's own 7-yard line against Baltimore. Lawrence hit Meyers on a deeper in-cut to move the chains after Baltimore's Kyle Hamilton dropped into coverage to take away the initial read to Parker Washington. This demonstrates Meyers' role as a reliable option in high-leverage situations within the Jaguars' elite passing offense.
