Allen filling in for Hall with four strong games; Spagnuolo compares him to Derrick Henry.

Braelon Allen has stepped in as the Jets' featured running back during starter Breece Hall's groin injury and has had four really good games. Chiefs defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo noted that the Jets want to feature the running back no matter who is in the backfield, and described Allen as 'Derrick Henry-ish'—a big guy who requires disciplined tackling. Allen is one of six Jets players with 100+ yard games this season.
