Yahoo Sports NFL on Barion Brown

Brown heating up as receiving threat and return specialist; involvement increasing weekly.

Canal Street Chronicles identifies sixth-rounder Barion Brown as a potential impact player for the Saints in Week 9. Brown has started to heat up recently in the return game and showed the Saints throughout the offseason that he can be a receiving threat. He's had standout moments in the passing game during the regular season and has been effective as a ball carrier. Described as a playmaker that opposing defenses have to account for, Brown has been getting involved more and more by the week, with that trend expected to continue.
