Rice cleared for camp; fine early-3rd pick to reclaim Mahomes' #1 role.

Got clearance Friday after a May knee debridement and a 30 day jail sentence that ended June 16, with Andy Reid saying "he's done a great job rehabbing up here." Rashee Rice has most of his off-season issues behind him and now looks to use the full training camp to re-establish himself as Mahomes' #1 option. Not reaching for him but think he's a fine pick in the early 3rd round.
