Love's presence cited as reason for coaching continuity.

Quarterback Jordan Love is a key reason the Packers retained coach Matt LaFleur and general manager Brian Gutekunst; team president Ed Policy emphasized the importance of continuity for quarterback development, noting that players—especially quarterbacks on championship-caliber teams—develop best in an environment of continuity rather than chaos. Love has made the playoffs in each of his first three seasons as starter but has won only one playoff game.
