Mark Andrews, ranked TE15 (No. 126 overall), is a favorite value pick among budget TE options. While his efficiency numbers cratered last year due to a rough Baltimore offense with Lamar Jackson missing games and playing at less than 100%, Andrews no longer has to share TE targets with Isaiah Likely, who moved to the Giants. During Jackson's seven full seasons as Ravens starting QB, Baltimore's TEs have ranked in percentage of team targets: 1st, 5th, 1st, 1st, 10th, 4th, and 4th. A new coaching staff and offensive scheme in Baltimore may increase targets for Andrews. If he bounces back, he could have a big season; if not, he is painless to replace as an 11th-round TE on waivers.
