Fannin had one of the greatest rookie seasons ever for a tight end with a 72/731/6 receiving line on 107 targets; he is probably the safest pick regardless of which quarterback starts for the Browns. He no longer has to compete with David Njoku for snaps and averaged 13.5 PPR points per game with Sanders at quarterback, compared to 10.5 points per game with Gabriel and Flacco.
