Washington has clear path to RB2 role; fourth-rounder likely to earn backup spot unless he struggles.

The 2026 fourth-round pick from Arkansas has the clear-cut path towards a roster spot and complementary RB2 role to Jeanty. Washington brings elements of drive through contact as a physical power runner who can thrive between the tackles or one-cut and dash outside for yardage, fitting the Raiders' scheme preferences. Unless he faces significant setbacks during the offseason, he is likeliest to earn the backup role and provide a change-of-pace option behind Jeanty.
