The Miami Dolphins hosted Edwards-Helaire for a free agent tryout on Tuesday ahead of training camp. Edwards-Helaire, a former first-round pick of the Kansas City Chiefs in 2020, has amassed 1,904 rushing yards and 12 touchdowns in 52 games over his 6-year career; he spent the first four seasons with Kansas City, played two games for the New Orleans Saints in 2024, and rejoined Kansas City for two games during the 2025 season before this Dolphins tryout.
