Offense looks worse without Rashee Rice; limited upside despite role.

Travis Kelce could be exciting if Rashee Rice were available, but the offense looks significantly worse now without Rice, limiting his upside. Kenneth Gainwell is currently leading the Chiefs in receiving, further constraining Kelce's target share.
