From the episode
Devante Smith has had a floor too. He's hit 14 or more points per game in three of his five seasons. The only two seasons where he didn't, one was his rookie year where guys just don't score that many points per game across the entire season. The other one was the Petula season was last year. So I'm in a Devante Smith. I like him in this range.
STACKED’s take
Positive signalProjection
Smith's 14+ PPG floor in 3 of 5 seasons supports third-round value with new OC.
JJ Zachariason is bullish on DeVonta Smith in the third round, citing his historical floor of 14+ points per game in three of five seasons; the only non-rookie season he missed this was under Kevin Petulo last year. With a new offensive coordinator in Philadelphia and evidence of improved route concepts (crossers for AJ Brown), Zachariason sees upside in Smith's range despite the Petulo era dampening his production.
