Jeremiah Love, who weirdly I actually expect to not be particularly awesome in terms of what I expect from him on a weekly basis... his rookie season will probably end up not being that dissimilar to Gentry, where you can tell that Jeremiah Love is very good, but he's clearly being limited by the team that he plays on... Love is a very high floor cuz of the touches.
STACKED’s take
NeutralProjection
High floor from touches but limited by team factors; spike-week upside.
Davis Mattek expects Jeremiah Love's rookie season to resemble Anthony Gentry's trajectory: limited by offensive line play, game script, and quarterback play, but capable of spike weeks with 30-35 point performances. Mattek acknowledges Love is very good but will be constrained by team context. However, Mattek also characterizes Love as having a very high floor in best ball due to his touch volume, making him a reliable contributor in the running back room alongside Bijan Robinson (high ceiling), Cam Skattebo (high ceiling, lower floor), and Bucky Irving (high ceiling, low floor).
