NeutralMatchup

Metcalf's go-route usage mismatched with Rodgers' quick-release profile in 2025.

DK Metcalf ran go routes 24% of the time in 2025 with Aaron Rodgers, but Rodgers ranked 23rd in football in pass attempts of 10-20 air yards (81) and Metcalf caught just 15 of 38 targets of 11-30 air yards. This mismatch between Metcalf's route tree and Rodgers' passing profile suggests the addition of Michael Pittman Jr. could improve the Steelers' passing game fit.
