I thought it's very encouraging... he's close to it... the fact that he's out there running around and he looks like he's at full speed, I think it's highly encouraging. So I moved him back up... Now he's in that round three range... he is one of those wide receivers that should be ticketed for eight plus targets per game. Massive upside could easily finish as the best wide receiver.

Nabers moved to round 3 after encouraging camp footage; round 2 option with 8+ target upside.
Dave Richard moved Malik Nabers back up significantly after seeing encouraging camp footage of him running and cutting at full speed. While not claiming he's back to normal, Richard noted Nabers had only a couple of extra steps in and out of breaks, which is highly encouraging. Richard moved him from round five (due to return timeline uncertainty) to round three range, and says he could be a round two pick as one of those wide receivers ticketed for eight-plus targets per game with massive upside to finish as the best wide receiver. Richard confirms he's a top 16 wide receiver overall at minimum.
