Video: The Buy Window on Zay Flowers is Closing #bestball #fantasyfootball
he's someone that I've wished I took more of early when he was cheaper. I'm still I'm at 12% Flowers, but it's like I was at 14% and I've dropped so I'm just not taking him as much anymore... I regret not taking him more aggressively when he was going in the fourth round because what we've been getting on him is not surprising to me... he's a good number one receiver and would be like a super super high-end number two receiver... Those ideas could even include red zone targets which he did not get in the under the previous... the market is kind of baked that in correctly and this is the way I read this is basically just confirmation that moving him up into that mid-third was a good idea.

STACKED’s take

Positive signalValue

Buy window closing; mid-third round fair value with red zone upside unlocked.

The source regrets not taking Flowers more aggressively when he was going in the fourth round and has since reduced allocation from 14% to 12%, indicating ADP has risen and the buy window is closing. The source views him as a good number-one receiver or super high-end number-two receiver with versatility (slot, out wide, intermediate routes, underneath, deep routes), though undersized and not superstar-level. New offensive coordinator and head coach could unlock red zone targets he lacked previously—a key area where Mark Andrews' potential continued decline could create additional opportunity—which would elevate Flowers to high-end WR status in fantasy. The source reads the recent confirmation of upside as validation that moving him up into the mid-third round was a good idea and that he's fairly priced there currently.
