Desmond Reed, Darren Sproles like, 5'6" 174 lb, very explosive... he's maybe more of an aspiring um Tarik Cohen... Desmond Reed is a compelling player who matched up in the right situation might be able to give you some a lot as a scat back and a return specialist.
STACKED’s take
Positive signalRole
Explosive scat back/return specialist; best as Tarik Cohen-type in right system.
Bob Harris positions Desmond Reed (5'6" 174 lbs, very explosive) as a compelling scat back and return specialist prospect rather than a traditional tight end, comparing him more favorably to Tarik Cohen than to Darren Sproles despite the physical similarity. Reed's value is contingent on offensive fit—matched to the right situation, he can contribute meaningfully in a limited role.
