Video: Feel It or F--k It 4.6.26: An RSP Podcast with Bob Harris and Matt Waldman
Deshaun Stripling, will he be drafted early as a projection pick?... he's got the height, he's got the speed, he's a good blocker... I just don't think his game is as refined as it needs to be to warrant like a second or third round pick... I would probably be more comfortable with fourth or fifth round with him.

STACKED’s take

Waldman: Stripling has elite athleticism but unrefined game; 4th-5th round comfort, not 2-3.

Matt Waldman expects Deshaun Stripling to be drafted early as a projection pick due to his height, speed, and blocking ability, but cautions that his game is not refined enough for a second or third round pick. Stripling has decent hands and moments of strong after-the-catch play, but often looks like he's playing in cement despite athletic ability; processing speed and footwork technique are gaps. Waldman ranks him 2-3 years away from stardom and would be surprised by a second-round selection, but comfortable with fourth or fifth round, though he acknowledges Stripling could earn a second or third round pick.
