Irving's size and health concerns threaten his workload ceiling.
Irving's workload is in question moving forward. At 5'9"-5'10" and 192-195 lbs, there's a public referendum on whether his height/weight profile may be an obstacle to full-time volume in the NFL. He couldn't get healthy last year after suffering an injury that usually doesn't take so long to heal. The Buccaneers held on to Sean Tucker and added Kenny Gainwell, suggesting they may be squeezing Irving out of the high-volume starting role and using him more as a change of pace.
