When it first started out and when people were drafting in best ball, Fannin was going right around Tyler Warren. It was like the tight end four and the tight end five. Everyone was enthusiastic about Harold Fannin Jr. But now, after the NFL draft, the Browns drafted Casey Concepcion and Demond Robinson.

Harold Fannin Jr. broke out in 2024 at age 21, leading the Browns in catches, targets, and receiving yards while outproducing David Njoku. However, his draft market has cooled significantly post-NFL draft. The Browns drafted Casey Concepcion and Demond Robinson at tight end, adding competition; combined with Deshaun Watson–versus–Shedeur Sanders quarterback uncertainty, analysts are now questioning Fannin's 2025 outlook. He was initially drafted around tight-end four or five (alongside Tyler Warren) in best ball but has since fallen in market value.
