Top-10 graded RB before injury, but regime change threatens role.

Brandon Angelo identifies Cam Akers as a high-graded running back pushed down in draft rankings; graded as a top-10 NFL running back before injury, but regime change risk (e.g., Jeremiah Love acquisition) could limit role opportunity despite strong talent evaluation.
