Laube, a 2024 sixth-rounder, currently holds the RB3 role and is competing for that spot against Collier and Hemby; stands 5-foot-9 and 204 pounds with pass-catching ability and foot quickness but has struggled to earn significant offensive snaps (29 total, 8 carries for 9 yards, 3 receptions for 18 yards) in two previous Raiders coaching staffs. However, Laube has an edge in special teams work with 33 kick returns for 855 yards (long of 38) and five special teams tackles, earning praise from new special teams coordinator Joe DeCamillis.
