Five to 10 years ago, sure. But the rebuilding Raiders aren't in the business of signing a guy who will turn 36 years old at the end of August. I'd rather see someone like Carter Runyon, who has more future/long-term value, get a shot to prove himself than bring Taysom Hill aboard for a year.
