Tight end is playing a good number of snaps with Patrick Mahomes, whether the formation calls for one, two or three tight ends at a time. Kelce had a notable play where he worked a route to come open over the middle but was intercepted by Drue Tranquill, who read Mahomes' eyes and jumped the pass from the backside. Kelce also had a pass snagged off his outstretched hands by cornerback Mansoor Delane in zone coverage.
